REFUNDS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You have the right to return a product if you are not satisfied. It must be unused and in original condition. Products must be returned within14 days of receipt and within their original packaging. Before shipping a return, you must contact us at email@example.com in order to receive our response.

The cost of return / shipment / pick-up is borne exclusively by you. Pack the product in the same packaging that was used for mailing it to you and return it to us. Once we receive the product we will contact you to provide us with a refund bank account number.
REFUNDS OF INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If there was a mistake in the product shipped, please let us know as soon as it is received, and at most within 7 days of receipt. To return defective products to us, under the terms of the limited liability guarantee, you must:

If you are requesting the replacement of a defective product, after we receive the product and check it out, we will tell you if your purchase will be replaced or refunded. In the case of refund, we will contact you to provide us with a refund bank account number.
If the product is not defective the shipping / delivery charge will be borne exclusively by you, otherwise we will bear the cost ourselves.
