Every single piece is cut, molded and painted by hand. Each handmade piece may be slightly different from the picture and from one another. Ceramic jewellery is very long-lasting. Please wear your jewellery with care. Please do not drop it onto a hard surface.

PRICING & BILLING
Prices include VAT. The final price in your cart includes the final tax and therefore the final price of all the products you buy. For changes in shipping arrangements, you must first contact us in case changes can be made upon request. Price changes may occur without notice.

The audiovisual material contained on the site has been processed by us. You can use it as long as there are appropriate references to it.
PRIVACY
Your personal data, other than name, shipping address and telephone number - to let us know where to send our orders - are not stored by us. We are not responsible for any data losses as no data are kept in our online store. In the event of such a loss, you should contact the bank you used for payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel the orders within 14 days of receipt and make an exchange with another product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of return you must call us first. Products must be returned in their original condition and sealed.
